WIG CUSTOMIZATION, REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE POLICY

Style Inspiration pictures won’t be 100% perfect, we try our best replicate the version to the best our abilities.
We source premium hair extensions to make our wigs but BYOB (bring your own bundle) is welcomed.
Custom Wigs:
Adjustments: We offer free adjustments on our custom wigs within 7 days of receipt. This includes adjustments for fit, lace tint, and styling. To request an adjustment, please schedule a Virtual Consultation with one of our stylists.
Refunds and Returns: We DO NOT offer refunds or returns for completed custom wig projects. All custom wigs are made specially for the client hence why we’re particular about making sure all wigs are approved before shipping.
Cancellations: You may cancel your custom wig order and receive a partial refund if you inform us before any work has begun on your project. The refund will be for any amount paid over 50% of the project's total cost, minus transaction fees or material expenses already incurred. Orders cannot be canceled once work has begun or less than 14 days before the estimated completion date.
Project Completion: To ensure timely completion of your custom wig, please send us your tracings (head measurements) by the date specified in your contract. If we do not receive your tracings, we will attempt to reschedule your project once. If we still do not receive your tracings, your order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
Wig Repair Services:

Refunds and Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns for completed wig repair services.
Online Shop Purchases:
Refunds and Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns for items purchased through our online shop.
Important Notes:
For a custom wig, we will send you digital photographs of the completed piece before it is shipped. At that time, you can request adjustments to the piece. Significant changes not part of the original project scope could result in additional costs or production time.
